Assault Premier is the future high-level competitive and college-recruiting pathway within Assault Fastpitch. As our program grows, Premier will be designed for qualified athletes who are ready to compete at an advanced level, take greater ownership of their development, and pursue opportunities to play beyond high school.
Who Premier Is For
Assault Premier will be for athletes who demonstrate the skill, work ethic, maturity, coachability, academic commitment, and competitive readiness required for higher-level play. Placement will be based on individual readiness—not simply age, reputation, or how long an athlete has been with the program.
What Premier Will Emphasize
Premier athletes will be expected to train with purpose, compete at a high level, understand the game, communicate effectively, and take responsibility for their development. The program will emphasize advanced player development, softball IQ, physical preparation, mental performance, academics, and college recruiting preparation.
Earned Opportunity
Athletes will earn opportunities within Assault Premier through preparation, performance, effort, accountability, and readiness. We will challenge athletes to continue growing while recognizing that every player develops at her own pace. When an athlete demonstrates she is ready for more, we believe she should have the opportunity to pursue it.
Academics & Recruiting
Premier athletes pursuing college softball will be expected to take their academics and recruiting responsibilities seriously. Assault Fastpitch will help athletes understand the recruiting process, prepare to communicate professionally with college programs, and identify opportunities that fit their athletic, academic, and personal goals.
Building Toward Premier
Assault Premier is being built as part of Assault Fastpitch’s long-term growth. As teams, athletes, and coaching resources continue to develop, we will introduce Premier opportunities when we are prepared to provide the level of training, competition, and support our athletes deserve.
